We are delighted to inform you that Carmen Oehri became a Partner on January 1, 2018. Carmen is qualified to practice as an attorney at law in Liechtenstein and passed the bar exam of the canton of Zurich. She advises and represents individuals and companies and specializes in civil law, civil procedure law, and commercial law.

Carmen, born 1984, has dual Liechtenstein and Swiss citizenship. She grew up in Liechtenstein and studied law at the University of Lucerne. While still a student, Carmen gained legal experience at various companies in Zurich. Upon completion of her studies (MLaw, 2010) she began working for a well-known law firm based in Zurich. In 2013, she passed the bar exam of the canton of Zurich. Carmen advises and represents our clients on complex legal questions relating to Liechtenstein and international law. She specializes in civil law, civil procedural law, and commercial law, with a focus on foundations and trusts.
Carmen qualified to practice as an attorney at law in Liechtenstein upon passing the admission exam in the spring of 2017. Having worked at our offices in Vaduz and Zurich for four years, Carmen returned to Liechtenstein in the summer of 2017. Carmen regularly publishes articles on various topics arising in the course of her day-to-day practice.
