VIAC Roadshow in Vorarlberg und Liechtenstein
As of 1 January 2018 the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), one of the leading arbitral institutions worldwide, introduced amendments to its arbitration rules (“The Vienna Rules”). VIAC is now competent to administer both domestic and international arbitral proceedings. In order to promote this recent development VIAC organizes roadshows in all nine Austrian federal provinces. We are especially proud that VIAC invited Gasser Partner Attorneys at Law to co-organize the event in Liechtenstein and Vorarlberg.
“The main focus of this event is to outline the extensive possibilities the application of the Vienna Rules offer to stakeholders both from the Liechtenstein and the Vorarlberg economy”, says Dr Michael Nueber, LL.M. who is an arbitration-and litigation counsel with Gasser Partner in Vaduz and Vienna.
