Domenik Vogt wins the Kathrein Privatbank Foundation Prize for his dissertation

Expertise matters! Domenik Vogt proved again our credo at Gasser Partner Attorneys at Law. The Kathrein Private Bank awarded the 2020 Foundation Prize for his dissertation.

Domenik completed his doctorate in 2020 on the subject of the establishment, the Liechtenstein Anstalt, which is a type of legal entity that can only be found in Liechtenstein and therefore is a Liechtenstein particularity.

The chairwoman of the jury, Susanne Kalss, professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, justified the decision as follows: “The award-winning work provides a comprehensive overview of this special legal form and its close connection to foundation law”.

The Foundation Prize of the Kathrein Privatbank has been awarded for the seventeenth time. The Kathrein Privatbank is one of Austria’s leading private banks for foundations. Heinrich Weninger, head of the Foundation Office, which operates since 2006, pools the resources and competences.
