New Partner appointed at GASSER PARTNER ATTORNEYS AT LAW

We are delighted to announce that Michael Nueber and Johannes Sander were appointed Partners of our law firm as of 1 January 2020.

Mag. Johannes Sander has been with our firm since 2016 and focuses on litigation in the areas of cross-border foundation, trust and all kind of civil law. Furthermore, Johannes has fundamental expertise in the fields of M & A, asset protection and in setting up corporate structures. Johannes is graduate of the University of Innsbruck. Since he is admitted to the Liechtenstein bar and also took the bar exam in Austria, Johannes therefore represents clients before Liechtenstein and Austrian courts.

Dr. Michael Nueber, LL.M. joined our firm as a Counsel in 2017, coming from an international arbitration boutique in Vienna. He specializes in all kind of private client matters, including foundation-, trust- and corporate law issues as well as cross-border dispute resolution, be it litigation or arbitration, where he sits as arbitrator as well. Since Michael is admitted to the Austrian bar, he regularly advises Austrian and Eastern European clients in terms of Liechtenstein law and represents them before Liechtenstein courts and authorities.
