Biography
Thomas Nigg is a senior partner at Gasser Partner. He is admitted to practice law in Liechtenstein and specializes in advising international and local clients on all matters relating to Liechtenstein companies, foundations, and trusts. Over the past 18 years, he has acquired in-depth knowledge and experience in the establishment and restructuring of such structures from both a technical and practical perspective. He advises clients on complex transactions.
In addition, he has conducted numerous legal disputes in connection with private asset structures, as his expertise also includes civil and criminal litigation with a particular focus on corporate, foundation and trust law.
His clients include international private banks, trust and asset management service providers, high net worth individuals, insurance companies, and family offices.
