Biography
Hannes Arnold is Senior Partner at Gasser Partner Attorneys at Law. With recognized expertise in corporate law, he advises international companies, families, and family offices on all aspects of wealth and corporate structuring and has extensive experience in complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate relocations, and financings. His strong expertise in financial markets law gives him a deep understanding of the key challenges facing complex international structures today.
In addition to his advisory work, Hannes Arnold represents clients in sophisticated international litigation and arbitration proceedings, particularly in the areas of foundation and trust law, as well as asset tracing and recovery.
