Biography
Marta Baftiaj is a Senior Associate and has been part of Gasser Partner since 2023. She specializes in M&A, corporate law, and advising Private Clients, with a particular focus on foundation, trust, and establishment law.
Before joining Gasser Partner, she gained international experience through positions at an NGO in Israel, the Ministry of Justice of Kosovo, and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Paris; she also completed internships with leading Austrian business law firms in Vienna.
