Biography
Christina Lindner has been a Senior Associate at Gasser Partner since 2025. Her practice focuses on (commercial) criminal law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and data protection.
Before joining Gasser Partner, Christina Lindner worked as a university assistant prae doc at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna and at the Department of Business Law (Institute for Tax Law) at the University of Bern. She began her training at a renowned international law firm in Vienna and completed it at a large law firm in Vorarlberg, where she worked as a lawyer from 2020.
Since 2022, she has been a lecturer at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, teaching European and international corporate, capital market, competition, and environmental law, among other subjects. Christina Lindner has also been a member of the Vorarlberg Bar Association Committee since 2022.
