Carmen Oehri

Carmen Oehri is a partner at Gasser Partner. She specializes in corporate law, with a particular focus on foundation, trust, and association law. She advises private individuals, families, and family offices on domestic and cross-border matters relating to family and inheritance law, as well as asset and estate planning.

Carmen Oehri has many years of experience in advising on and implementing corporate succession, family and corporate governance, and reorganizations. She also regularly deals with tax law issues.

Before joining Gasser Partner, she worked at a renowned law firm in Zurich.
