Biography
René Saurer joined Gasser Partner in 2015 and became a partner in 2019. His practice focuses on private client work, particularly advising and representing clients in and out of court in all areas of foundation and trust law. He contributes valuable experience and expertise as a litigator in civil and non-contentious proceedings.
René is a fluent speaker of Italian, German, English and French, and provides advice to clients from all over the world, with a particular focus on Italian individuals and companies.
With his extensive expertise in data protection law, he provides practical solutions for complex challenges in a dynamic legal environment.
He is the author of numerous book chapters and articles, particularly in the field of foundation and trust law.
Prior to joining Gasser Partner, he spent seven years working for renowned Austrian law firms.
