Financial market law has grown increasingly complex in recent years and is becoming ever more important in the management and structuring of private high-net-worth assets. In the intersection of private wealth management, it is crucial to mitigate structuring risks while making use of available opportunities. This work examines the regulatory environment of family offices and private wealth structures, providing family offices, advisors, and asset managers with an overview of family privileges and their interpretation under Swiss financial market law.
