Ten years after the implementation of the new foundation law in Liechtenstein and six years after the publication of the first edition, Johannes Gasser now presents the second edition of his practical commentary on Liechtenstein foundation law. The previous edition has been extensively revised and updated, incorporating numerous new, some unpublished, court rulings and legislative changes.

The decisions of the highest courts, many of which referenced the previous edition, are the focal point of this work. The new edition is once again aimed at all practitioners who want to quickly, competently, and reliably gain an overview of foundation law.
