Biography

Sebastian is a partner at Gasser Partner. He specializes in litigation and arbitration as well as foundation and trust law. His professional focus is particularly on challenging litigation and arbitration mandates for high net worth individuals (HNWI), foundations, trustees, and beneficiaries - often cross-border and with parties involved in different jurisdictions. In addition, he advises on private asset structures (including foundations and trusts), estate planning, and corporate and insurance law.

Sebastian Auer regularly publishes on issues relating to trust and foundation law, as well as litigation and arbitration law, and is a speaker at international conferences.
