Biography
Domenik Vogt joined Gasser Partner in 2015 and has been a partner since 2025. He is specialised in M&A, corporate law and private client matters with a particular focus on structures such as foundations, trusts and establishments. With a successful track record of handling numerous complex deals, including cross-border mergers, acquisitions, relocations and other corporate restructuring activities within the EEA and beyond, Domenik Vogt provides comprehensive advice to various clients, ranging from startups to large corporations, especially in the financial services sector. He has authored numerous specialist publications on Liechtenstein company, foundation and trust law.
