Liechtenstein Emphasizes its Claim as Leading Crypto-Jurisdiction

Liechtenstein takes a big and brave leap forward with the draft „Blockchain“-Law presented yesterday at the University of Liechtenstein. The law not only clarifies ICO-related disclosure and international private law implications, but also and more importantly tackles civil law and property law aspects of the technology. Once published, the draft bill will induce a deeper and more fruitful discussion about the legal implications and necessary framework of distributed ledger technology in a national and international context. We are looking forward to contributing to this discussion.
