We are pleased to inform you that our Senior Associate Domenik Vogt has recently published his dissertation on "The Liechtenstein Anstalt under private law". In October 2019, the doctoral thesis was approved by the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich with the designation magna cum laude. The dissertation deals with a wide range of questions concerning the Liechtenstein Anstalt in a systematic manner. The book was published within the publication series on Liechtenstein Law (SLR) and is now available at the publishing house GMG in Buchs (Switzerland).
